Information collected
When you submit an employer inquiry, we collect your name, business email, company, optional website, hiring needs and other information you provide. We also record submission time and basic source information. Planning inputs may be stored locally in your browser to make it easier to continue.
How it is used
We use inquiries to respond to your request, assess potential services, coordinate employer conversations and maintain business records. We do not treat an inquiry as consent to receive candidate marketing emails.
URL inspections
When you ask us to inspect a public website, our system retrieves limited public HTML to provide an initial page snapshot. The result is not a security assessment, full website audit or candidate-quality analysis.
Service providers and rights
Infrastructure may be provided by Cloudflare and authorized service providers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Data retention and access requests can be directed to partner@calibermedia.co. Do not include sensitive personal or candidate information in public forms.
