Talent Magnet focuses on audience-based advertising, not distributing postings through job-board networks. We help employers reach people with relevant backgrounds through digital channels they use every day.
What is programmatic audience advertising?
Programmatic audience advertising is automated buying of suitable digital media to reach relevant people based on available audience signals. Talent Magnet uses an audience-led approach; specific channels and targeting options are confirmed before launch.
How does my budget work?
The generated plan shows a proposed media allocation, not a final invoice. Before payment, an approved authorization needs to show working media, Caliber fees, payment costs and the total amount due. Supplier buying models vary.

Track completed applications and recruiter-qualified candidates by job and channel. Clicks alone are not a hiring outcome. Application destination, conversion tracking and downstream feedback should be verified before funding.
Can I change the plan?
Yes. You can review reduced, recommended and expanded investment scenarios and choose a service preference. Those selections are planning inputs only; they do not fund a campaign or constitute acceptance of an agreement.
How do I access support?
Existing employers can sign in to the Caliber Careers account system and use the support area. New visitors can send a request to Caliber Media. A meeting is optional.
